Former K-State Punter Brown Scheduled for stem Cell Transplant on Tuesday

KANSAS CITY - Former Kansas State punter Travis Brown, who wrapped up his career with the Wildcats this past season, has been diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia and is currently undergoing treatment at St. Luke's Cancer Institute in Kansas City. Brown began chemotherapy treatments Thursday and is scheduled to receive a stem cell transplant from his older sister, Shelby, on Tuesday, May 27.
